Sir Robert Stout to Speak at Marton
[PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Wellington, February 25. t Sir Robert Stout has received a requisition from the Marton electors I to address a public meeting there and has consented. The address is to be delivered in a few days, but the date has not been yet fixed. He will reply to Mr Bryce, and Mr Ballance, in addressing the electors of Wanganui on or about the 26th of March, will deliver a policy speech foreshadowing next session's work. — The Herald's correspondent.
