News has been received from Noumea that seven French convicts' escaped in an open boa 1. H.M.S. Dart, which has arrived at Sydney, picked up three Frenchmen, who have been identified as escapees from New Caledonia. Thpy have been returned under the (Extradition Treaty with that colony. Brisbane, February 9.. The Queensland Meat Preserving Company have received further cargo orders of tinned beef, which are believed to be for the Continent.
