Feilding Jockey Club
A meeting of members of tbe above was held on Saturday last at Hastie's Hotel. Mr Sherwill in the chair.
The minutes of the last general meeting were read and confirmed. The minutes of the last meeting of stewards were also confirmed. Resolved, That the next meeting of the club be held on Easter Monday the llth April. The following officers were elected : — President, Mr Macarthur; vicePresideut, Mr Lethbridge; Judge, Mr Downs ; Starter, Jas. Campion ; Clerk of the Scales, Mr W. G. Haybittle ; fUerk of the Course, Mr Fetch ; llaudicapper, Mr A. Higgle ; Stewards, Gosling, Sherwill, Sandilands, Morphy, Kirton, W. Bailey, W. L. Bailey, A. It. Curtis, H. R. Fitzlierbert, F. Bartholomew, Jackman, Rutherford, E. Goodbehere, aud Hodgeson; Secretary, Y. Roe; Treasurer, 11. R. FitzHerbert
A meeting of stewards to draw up a programme was appointed to be held this (Tuesday) evening at the JJenbigh Hotel.
