That the 'Feiiding Borough Council proposes to raise a loan under the Government Leans to Local Bodies Act 1886, for the purpose of building part of a bridge over the Oroua River between Feilding and Aorangi. (2.) That the said Borough Council proposes to borrow one thousand pounds for such purpose, as aforesaid, . (3.) That a Special Rate of one penny and one halfpenny in the pound on all rateable value of all property within the said Borough will be levied for the re-payment of said loan of one thousand pounds.
