(bbuteb's tblkgrams.) London, November 25. Another encounter, has taken place in Kerry between the Moonlighters and a body of police, a neavy f usilade being kept up on both sides. Ultimately eight of the incendiaries were captured. Kef usals of the Irish tenantry to pay their rents are increasing.
