[KKVTEBS TBLEGBAMB. I Rangoon, November 23. News has been received from Upper . Burmah that a force of eighty rebels i surprised a British position at Bhamo and set fire to the barracks of the guardhouse in that town. They killed three British soldiers who were ' asleep in the guardhouse, and then decamped, having lost three of their number in the encounter.
