NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions contained in Clause 140 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, (1.) That the Feilding Borough Council proposes to raise a loan under the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act 1886, for the purpose of building part of a bridge over the Oroua River between Feilding Aorangi. (2.) That the said Borough Council proposes to borrow one thousand pounds for such purpose, as aforesaid. (8.) That a Special Rate of one penny and one halfpenny in the pound on all rateable value of all property within the said B&rough will be levied for the re-payment of said loan of one thousand pounds.
