Sir Patrick Jennings in addressing a meeting of his constituents at Dubba last night dwelt at some length on the policy of the Government, and announced that land and income tax bills* would again be introduced. Bills would be also brought forward for amending to land and local government, irrigation, and Civil Service soheme being discussed for borough! retrenchment of the Civil Service.
