The Bulgarian Crisis
("BBUTEBB TBLBGBAJIB.I London, November 2. General Kaulbars threatens to bombard Varna if the landing of Russian troops is opposed. Conbtahtisoplb, November 2. Official messages have been received from Zißntung that the acts of Geueral Kaulbars in Bulgaria have met with the highest approval of the Czar. One thousand one hundred sailors have been landed at Varna from Russian, vessels now in harbour.
