(KB OUITKD PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Palxbbsto^, November 1. A serions accident happened to a child named Doreen, a daughter of a local resident, on Saturday. The child was playing by the fire, in the absence ot its parents. Its dress caught the flames, which spread rapidly, and wero only ex« ting uiahed by passers by when she had been fearf ally burned about the leg* and back, and it is thought she will die of the effects. Sbe is at present in. an Unconscious State.
