Campbell, the defaulting teller of the Bank of Australnna, have subscribed the amount of his defalcations, and the bank have with* drawn the warrants issued for his arrest. Nothing further has transpired as to Campbell's whereabouts. Sydney, October 21. Public meetings are being held throughout the colony opposing the present Government. Petitions are being signed in favour of a dissolution of Parliament.
