Revolution in Bulgaria
' [REUTERS' TBLEGBAMS-j Received October 14, 1.45 am. St. JfETERSBima, October 12. The Moscow " Viedomosti " . published, an article to-day, in which it urges the occupation of Bulgaria by Bussia. It declares Eussia still remains free to act, and has no need to listen to the -wishes of other Powers. Sofia, October 11: M. Neklindoff, Russian Consul at Sofia, in obedience to the command of General Kaulbare, has given formal notice to the Bulgarian Government that the elections for the Great Sobranje are illegal and valueless. He has further protested at the rioting which has recently taken place, and the treatment which his supporters received at the hands of the adherents of the Eegency. Vienna, October 12. Lord Randolph Churchill, who has for some time been travelling on the Continent, has now arrived in this city. St. Petersburg, October 12. The Russian Press, in recent articles on the Bulgarian situation, generally agree that there is no hope of a peaceful solution of the difficulty.
