fPEE UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, October 12 It is understood that although the extradition of the woman Lizzie Graham, the paramour of Perm, has been applied for by the police authorities in New Zealand, it is riot intended to charge her with any offence, but she may be required to give evidence against the murderers. Caffrey and Perm will be sent to Auckland by one oJE the Union Company's steamers, and every precaution is to be taken to prevent either committing suicide. It has transpired- that Perm and Lizzie Graham were living in a tent fer five weeks after the wreck of the Sovereign of the Seas.
