[per united prkss association.] Napikh, October 5. The first day's racing of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club's Spring meeting was largely attended. The following are the results : — Free Handicap. — "Waitiri 1, Pasha 2, Silence 3. Maiden Hurdle Race. — Volcano 1, Liberty 2, Einiu 3. Hawke's Bay Guineas. — Forester 1, Cremorne 2, Huata 3. Dividends, k inside £21 19s, outside £70 10s. Selling Race. — Deceiver 1, Normanby 2, liimu 3. The winner was sold for £100. Flying Handicap. — Soudan 1, Rivulet 2, Fusha 3. Napiee, Oclober 6. The second day's races of the Club's Spriug meeting was well attended. The results are as follows: — Maiden Plate.— Rivulet 1, Fardingale 2, Orwell 3. Haudicap Hurdle Race. — Liberty 1, Denbigh 2, Bide-a-wee 3. Dividends £103 10s and £153 10s. Spring Handicap. — Silence 1, Waitiri 2, Lady Artist 3. Selliug Handicap.— The Arrow 1, Deceiver 2, Rimu 3. Scurry Stakes.— The Arrow 1, Normanby 2, Yambine 3. The Consolation Race was won by Marion. ____________
