Close of the Wool Sales
[bBOTEBS TELE6BAMS.] ; London, October 4. : The wool sales have closed, and quotations are easier on alLmevuMt> except on superior combing, which . are a penny lower, but equal to last closing rates. Crossbreds are firmer, and show an advance of a penny on closing rates. The number of bales catalogued was 270,000, of whick 5,000 were withdrawn.
