Eeceired September 11, 1 a.m. Sydney, September 10. The Legislative Assembly sat for thirty hours without a break, discussing the Government railway proposals. I Vdelaide, September 10. The Messageries Maritime Oceania, which arrived to«cay from Marseilles, landed her one small pox patient who has been placed in quarantine. The steamer then proceeded on her voyage to Melbourne.
