Intelligence is to hand from Sophia that Karaveloff, the now Bulgarian Premier, having been proved to have been guilty of complicity with Zankoff in the arrest and deposition of Alexander, has been imprisoned. Alexander has arrived at Philipopolis, from Tirnova, and, on hearing of the arrest of Karaveloff, immediately ordered his release, as well as that of Zankoff, who was previously in custody.
