The debate on the Address-in-R,eply continues in tho Tluuso of Commons. Soxton, M.P. for Belfast, to-day proposed an amendment requiring that exceptional measures should be taken by the Government for tho maintenance of order in that city. HicksBeach, Chief Secretary for Ireland, speaking to the motion, said he would make no statement as to the course that would be pursued in regard to Ireland until the Government received the report of the commission under Sir Redvers Buller as t« tho actual state of affairs in that country.
