Captain McGee of the Triumph which arrived at Lyttelton to-day, brim • nn account of a meeting at Derby of July 10th, at which Dr Lovegrove, the Government resident, made a statement of the report giveu by Sereoant Troy. This report says that several diggers were doing fairly well at Kimberley, and had made several very remunerative discoveries of gold. Captain McGee'g opinion i» that the field will shortly be a great success.
