f BBUTKBB TELEGBAMB.] Received August 28, 1. 45 a.m. London, August 26. In the debate in the House of Commons to-day on the motion for the address in reply. Mr Chamberlain urged the present Government should not be overthown while the alternative was the appointment of a Ministry which favored the separation of Ireland from Great Britain. Major-Generai Sir- Eedvers Buller has proceeded to Ireland to organise measures for the suppression of boycotting, and enquire into the working of the laud system. Thirty Scotch Liberals are agitating for Home Rule for Scotland.
