Prince Alexander is being removed to Bucharest, the capital of Bonmania. Symptoms of a revulsion of feeling in favour of the deposed Prince are being manifested by the Bulgarian army. London, August 23. The Servian Government deny that they are preparing for an attack upon Bulgaria.

Received August 26, 1 a.m. Constantinople, August 25. The second Bulgarian Government, which has been formed at Tirnova, has issued a proclamation calling out the Militia. A reactionary agitation in support of Prince Alexander is extending to the ; garrisons and the population of Shumla, Tirnova, Nicopolis, Widdin, and Silistz. The Roumelian troops are in faror of Prince Alexander. Prince Alexander is now a prisoner on board a yacht, and is being conveyed down tho Danube, London, August 25. In the House of Commons last night Sir Jameß Fergusson, Under-Secretary i'or Foreign Affairs, in reply to questions, stated that tho English and Russian Go* vernments had agreed to tho dispersion of the Afghan frontier commissioners. Tho two Governments had arranged for a settlement by direct negotiations of the question of the delimitation of the frontier. In answor to a further enquiiy he oonr firmed the deposition of Prince Alexander, whose destination was as yet unknown to tho Government. The latter, he stated, viewed rocont events in Bulgaria with great anxieiy.
