The Irish Difficulty
Tkbutebs tm.bobamsl Londok. August 12. The Parnellite newspapers of Ireland, in articles to-day on the Premier's speech at the Mansion Hous* last night, generally regard Lord Salisbury's statements as to the course to be pursued in Ireland as a declaration of war, and declare that the truce between Irish Nationalists and the Executive is thereby ended.
