A- despatch from Martinaville, Va., May 17, says:— No greater tragedy lias occurred in. Virginia m a decade thau-that which occurred in this town at date. Terry was found shot in the spine, Juke Terry through the. seek, Spencer in the hip, Tarlton Brown (his business partner) in the groin ; . R. L. Jones, a saloon keeper ; It. L. Gregory hotel clerk ; Sandy Martin, coloured mechanic. The last three were seriously wounded by stray balls. : All the Terrys and Brown are dead.
