The Telegraph officers in Feilding have been fully occupied this week, for besides their ordinary daily routine of work, they had to work all night on Thursday owing to tho accident on the railway, and last night receiving tho Public Works Statement, which wo publish to-day in a conjen edform.

This sort of thieting is of the meanest description and the offenders should be soumlly flogged
