Building Accommodation
Thbke is at the present time a good demand in Feilding for dwelling houses of a superior kind, and liberal rents would be paid to any enterprising capitalist who erected four or five. There are many absentee land owners, with conveuieut sections lying idle, who might by this means secure themselves a profitable revenue on their outlay, and at the same time largely increase tho value of their properties. The amount ef the annual rental, which would come within the means of the individuals now on the outlook for dwelling places, would be from £30 to £50. Good substantial buildings with six or seven rooms can be put up aud finished in every respect for Bums varying from £200 t0. £500, but the average requirements would be met by. buildings costing not more thau £250. Two thousand pounds thus invested would return about £300 a year.
