A meeting of the above was held at the E.M. Court at noon to-day. Present — Merars Sherwill (chairman), Higgin, Rutherford, and Kirton. . A transfer was granted, from Chas. Roe to W. Watts, of the Denbigh hotel. v A license' was granted to W. Watts for the Denbigh hotel. Application from Esteven Bellve for renewal of license for Empire hotel. — Granted. Application from J. Hastie for reuewai of license for the Feilding hotel.— Granted. This was all the business.
