The laud to be selected shall be held oh jferpetual lease for the first term of 30 jear*, and for the subsequent term of 21 years, without any, right of acquiring freehold. The rental is based on the capital value of the land, and in no cage is to da leas than 20s per acre , and no greater area than 20 acres will be allotted to any one applicant. Arrangements will be made for adwtancing small sums to assist selectors. Tfc* annual rent will be 5 per cent, on capital value, together with s percent. on moneys advanced.
