Meeting of Creditors
At a meeting of the creditors of R. B. Fearon, held in the Gourtheuse yesterday, the following werepresent— The debtor and his solicitor Mr (Sandilauds), E. B. Gichard (£ll 18s sd), T. B. Chamberlain (£7 2s 94), A. W. F. Halcombe (£5 12s 3d). The statement of the debtor was mad, after .which it was - BewlvedY That the debtor's furniture be handed over to him. That tke Deputy Official Assignee take no steps to recover the surrender ▼aide of the policy of Insurance of £500 on the debtor's life. Resolved, That no public examination it necessary. TJie debtor could make no offer of epmpusitioD with his creditors. The meeting then closed.
