A fire occurred to-day on the premises of Greenlands, boatbuilder, resulting in damage being done to the extent of tiro thousand pounds. Sixty boats were destroyed. The fruit shipped to England, ver {lie John Elder, is reported to hare arrived in excellent condition. Albany, April &0. The P. and 0. Carthage, with the English mails to March 19th, arrived st King George's Sound thit morniag. Stdmbt, April 21. It has been ascertained that the catastrophe at the Lithgew colliery was not due to an explosion of fire-damp as at first supposed, but t« an immense fall in i the workings of the pit.
