' [beutebs telegrams.] Received April 8, 0.40 p.m. • London, April 7. ; A collective note from the Great ' Powers has been forwarded to Greece notifying the signature of a protocol dealing with the Roumelian difficulty. In conveying this information, the Powers strongly urge Greece to abandon her warlike intentions. It is believed Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, will acquiesce to the terms of the protocol, and and aeeept the governorship of Roumelia for a period of five years. At the wool sales to-day 11,900 bales were offered. The market is quiet. London, April 6, At to-day's Colonial wool auction, a catalogue of 11,200 bales was submitted to a quiet market.
