April 2. : Busßia is stated to be massing her troops in Bessarabia, a province of South Russia, between the Fruth and the Dniester, and is also buying horses and provisions. April 4. The English and Austrian squadrons, now stationed at Suda Bay, Crete, are being reinforced with the view of the possibility of coercion being used against Greece.
