[bEUTEKS TELEGRAMS. 1 London, March 27. It is officially announced that the portfolios vacant by the resignation of Messrs Chamberlain and Trevelyan have been re-allotted, Mr Stansfield succeeding Mr Chamberlain as President of the Local Government Board, and the Earl of Dalhousie being appointed Secretary for Scotland in the room of Mr Trevelyan.
