Brussels, March 28. .

The industrial strikes in Belguim are rapidly spreading, and hare now extended to the Charlerai district. The rioting is of a very serious character, and of almost daily occurrence, the chateaux of employers and factories being pillaged, and in some cases burned. The troops were : called into requisition, and had several sanguinary conflicts with the rioters. Received March 30, 0.50 a.m. Brussels, March 29. Kioting in Charlevoi continues to spread and the town itself is virtually in a state ef seige. the strikers holding possession and forcibly stopping all indus« tries of the place. Consequently npon this threatening state of affair*, King Leopold has called out the Army Reserve.
