( Before Messrs J. C. Thompson, and W. 1 Bailey, J.P.s.) The following persons were charged by Mr ■•■.Simpson, Sheep Inspector, with breecb.esof the Sheep Act, 1878, on the llth.inft., by offering 7 , certain sheep for sale, the tame being lousey. Defendants, pleaded guilty, and were fined as follows ;~-J. H. Murray, 20s and costs 7s; ■ Jjaines' Wilson, 20s and costs 9s; H. L. : Sher^ill^ 20s and costs 7s ; John McLennan, 20s and costs 16s; G. Littlo, 20s and costs 10s.
The Court then adjourned.
