At a public meeting held yesterday a presentation was made to the Hon. Graham Berry, accompanied by an illuminated address, on the occasion of his departure for Europe. Third death has ocenrred at Border* town from the effects of accidental arsenic poisoning. The other victims have recovered.
Mblboubnb, March 17 Bishop Moorhouse sailed on Thursday last for England per mail steamer Bengal. A very large crowd of friends and admirers accompanied him to the vessel. The agricultural statistics compiled by Mr Hayter have been published. They show that the wheat yield is considerably loss than last year's, the average for the past season being 9*ol bushels as against 9*50 bushels for the previous season. The gross yield from 1,006,534 acres was 9,073,227 bushels. Sydney, March 23. In the Legislative Assembly to-day.
