BBUTKB'B TRLEGBAM3.I Melboubne, March 7. The complete returns of the Victorian elections confirm the division of parties already telegraphed, showing a consider' able majority on the Ministerial side. A meeting ©f the Melbourne Cricket Club resolved to make arrangements for j an Eaglish cricketing team to visit the Colonies next season. It is expected the Victorian Parliament will meet on the 16th March. The members will then be simply sworn in and the Parliament will be adjourned for two months, in order to give the new Ministry time to prepare their measures.
