Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, declares it would be needless to appoint him in the settlement of the Bulgarian difficulty, and declares he is quite ready to comply with the demands of the Turkish Commissioner, provided that the hitter country insists on the evacuation of Widdiu by Servia. Prince Alexander declares that it is needless to appoint a Commissioner for the settlement of the Bulgarian difficulty, and insists on the evacuation of Widdin by the Servian troops.
