The Austria Government hare commenced to mobilise troops on the frontier. _ Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, having been denied any assistance .byTurkey, has now appealed to 'the Great Powers to intervene against the" aggression of Servia. .-.,.- November 19. , In the Slivnitza engagement which took place on Tuesday there were 30,000 Servians opposed to 3,000 Bulgarians: led by Prince Alexander: The rout of the Servians was complete.
