Prince Alexander of Bulgaria arrived here yesterday and was received with great demonstrations of enthusiasm by the populace. In his speech, in thanking the people for the ovation tendered him, Priuce Alexander stated that ho was prepared to make every sacrifice in order to secure the union of Bulgaria and Roumelia. Received October 20, 1.30 am. Constantinople, October 18. It is announced that a body of Servian troops occupied Koheak Pass, on the Macedonian frontier, a position which is partly situated on the Turkish territory
