SERVIAN TROOPS MARCHING UPON ADRIANOPLE.
Beceived October 17, 1.30 a.m. Constantinople, October 30. Tbe Porto has issued a diplomatic note to the Great Powers, in whicii it declare* the armaments now being carried out by Greece threaten the existence of peace. Latest advices from Bulgaria state that Prince Alexander has plaoed himself at the h*ad of the army, and is now marching upon Admnople.
