Revolt in Roumelia
[BEUTRRS TRLKOBAVS. I Constantinoplk. October 15. The envoys of the various Powers have informed the Porte that their respective Governments condemn the recent violation of the Treaty of Berlin, and that they approve of the pacific attitude taken up by Turkey. London, October 16. A Servian attack u*ou Bulgaria is imminent. It is reported that 60.000 Austrian troops will reinforce Bosnia and Herzegovina.
