MOEE RUSSIAN BOUNCE Received October 3, 1.55 a.m. Constantinople, October 2. It is currently reported that the representatives of Germ nny, Russia, and Austria are not in accord on the Roumelian question, and there is likely to be some delay in the proposed conference in consequence. The attilude taken up by the Russian Press regarding the deposition of Prince Alexander has excited the greatest indication amongst Bulgaria island the lira of his dethronement is scouted.
