Intelligence is to hand from Albania of a further engagement Between the Albanian forces and the Turkish troops despatched to suppress the rising in that province. The Turkish troops sustained a defeat, and are now com? pletely surrounded by the Albanians. Keceived October 1, 1 a.m. Constantinople, September 90. Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, is about to despatch, a deputation to Etis Majesty, the Sultan, with the object of reassuring him of the continued loyalty of Bulgaria and Suzerainty of the Porte.
