John Flayer was charged with being drunk ou Monday in a public placet Fined 5s or in default 24 hours imprisonment. D. R. Leirersv John Smith.— Claim judgment summons for £7 2s lOd. Mr Prior for plaintiff. In this case ' an order was made in terms of an arrangement between the parties. This being all the business the court adjourned.
