At the Supreme Court to-day Mr Shaw, of Wellington, made application that such grand jurors as were shareholders in the wanganui Heads Bailway Company should be disbursed from sitting. His Honor at first was disinclined to allow this, but eventually it was arranged that four shareholders on the r jury should retire when the indictments were sent in.
