LPEB PNITBD PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, Sept. 7. At the R.M. Court Harry Lmeham was charged with a breach of the Printers aad Newspaper Registration Act by distributing a pamphlet entitled "Such Things Exist," written by Drs Cotterell and Gilbert. o\ Sydney, without aa imprint. The prisoner was in lite habit of giving the book, which is a disgusting publication, to bats to dis» tribute in the streets. The police hare seized 1000 copies of them. The prisoner was fined £5 or seven days' imprisonment.
