The bill was reecommitted for the purpose of considering a new clause, which after some minor amendments was, on a division, added to the bill. The Hospitat and Charitable Aid Bill was further considered in committee. A long discussion took place on clause € which referred to the establishment of District Boards, and at length progress was reported. The Companies Act, aad Foreign Companies Act Amendment Bill, Customs and Excise Duties Bill, Eirer Boards Act Amendment Bill, Shipping ar.d Seamen's Act Amendment Bill. West--land and Grey Education Board's Bill, were read a third time and passed. Tha House then adjourned.
