The secured creditors are : — J. Stevens, estimated value of security. L 500; amount of debt, L2lB. Secured by mortgage of lease of part block 7, Rangitikei district, with bacon factory standing thereon, dated 30th June, 1885, to secure Mr Stevens against loss on guarantee for overdraft at Bank of New South Wale*, on which is now due L2lB. Total amount of debts to creditors holding securities, L2lB. The property referred t« in the assets includes plant and implements at bacon factory, L 145 Is 6d ; sundries at Westoe, L 7 6s ; 4 cows, 8 yearlings, I three-year-old draught colt, 1 mare by Oliver Cromwell—Don Juan mare in foal to Ascot, 4 pure-bred 'Berkshire pigs, buggy and double set Harness, corndrill, 1 two-year-old horse, five rams, letter- book and saltpetre—total, L 244 Bs.
