We have every reason te be satisfied with the opening sale at ear new yards •ear the Marton Hotel jester Say. The entries were so numerous that every pen was filled with cattle and sheep. The attendance was. uansually lsrge, and the luddiagfer cattle brisker than of late hut not so for sheep. — We sold nearly all the cattle aid most of the pens of sheep. We qnote the following prions : Cattle Forward 4-year-old bullocks, £6 ; fat sows, £4 to £5 ,6s ; 9<year?ol<l steers, £'4 3s to £4 8s ; cows and calves, £2 2s fld ; cows, 34s to £2 ; milch cows, £3 to £3 2* fld ; weaners, 21 ' Sheep — Forward wetkera, 10a fld ; fat aheep. 9s fld ; ewea in lamb, 7s 9d ; lambs in wool, ss ; called ewes, 2s 3d. 6t_v_ks & Gobtox, Auctioneers.
