Sudden Death of a Banker
_PEB UHITED PBESS ASSOCIATION.! Wellikotok, This Day. Mr Jamieson, manager of the Union Bank of Australia, expired at one o'clock this morning after an illness lasting only a few hours. He appeared at the Bank yesterday in his usual health, but about midday was suddenly seized with pains in the abdomen. Medical aid was summoned, but Mr Jamieson gradually sank* The cause of the death was intestinal inflamation.
